Specific uses of Luxury Gourmel Essential Oils

DIFFUSION
HOW TO USE 
•    Make sure that this essential oil is proper for diffusion (see table “Specific uses of Luxury Gourmel essential oils”).
•    Do not use essential oils continuously and not for more than 45 minutes every hour. It is advisable to diffuse essential oils for 30-45 minutes on, then 30 minutes off.
•    Essential oils should not be used in periods exceeding 10 minutes in a baby’s room and only when the baby is not in the room.
•    Do not use essential oils in the presence of a child under 3 years old. Keep essential oils in a place where young children cannot reach them, and never let them handle essential oils bottles.
•    Use a proper diffuser (see Premium Gourmel Diffusers below).
•    Use an accurate dosing system like the measuring cap you will find in Premium Gourmel Diffusers. Drop 0.1ml-0.15ml of essential oil per 100 ml of water. This quantity is sufficient to ensure that the scent is being diffused. Do not use hot water.
•    Be sure you are diffusing in a well-ventilated space.
•    Do not use essential oils in the presence of a child under 3 years old. Keep essential oils in a place where young children cannot reach them, and never let them handle essential oils bottles.

SKIN CARE
HOW TO USE 
1.Clean your Skin
Is it your very first time to use this essential oil on your skin? Let's test it ! Use 1-2 drops of the essential oil to your skin! In the rare occasion of any skin reaction occurs please do not use it!
  • Put a small amount of (3-4 drops) the diluted oil on your fingers.
  • Rub it gently over the area you want to treat.
  • Any oil treatment works well to treat dry skin, and the smell of an essential oil can boost your mood.
  • Use our essential oils 3 times/week to treat acne do not use moisturized never again !
2. Massage
  • Use 3-4 drops or dilute the preferred essential oil in a carrier oil.
  • Pour it to the skin. Be careful! Avoid contact with sensitive areas!
  • Spread it gently to the body while smooth music will play on the background!
  • Let the superb aroma deluge your senses!
  • Consult one of Gourmel's special massage instructors to find new amazing techniques!​
BATH
HOW TO USE

  1. Make Sure that this essential oil is proper for using in the bath (see table “Specific uses of Luxury Gourmel essential oils”).
     

  2. Do not put drops of essential oil into a bath and then step into it.  Essential oils do not mix with water.
     

  3. Essential oils always need to be fully dispersed in and appropriate base before being added to a bath. You can dilute 10-15 drops of essential oil in 100 ml of natural liquid soap or mix 5-20 drops of essential oil per 100 ml of your chosen bath base.
     

  4. Enjoy your everyday's relaxation ritual!

INHALATION
HOW TO USE 
  1. Make sure that this essential oil is proper for inhalation (see table “Specific uses of Luxury Gourmel essential oils”).
     
  2.  Do not inhale essential oils for longer than 15 minutes.
     
  3. Drop the indicated essential oils in your Premium Gourmel Diffuser and breathe the aromatic vapors for 10-15 minutes.
Safety First

•    If you have a skin condition, are pregnant, have epilepsy or asthma, are on a course of treatment with prescribed medication, or are in any doubt about any condition you may have, you are advised to seek the advice of a doctor or suitable practitioner before using pure essential oils
•    Do not smoke in areas where essential oils are being used.
•    Keep the essential oils away from flames and sparks.
•    Make sure you close the cap securely after each use. 
•    Keep the essential oils away from direct exposure to light, oxygen, heat sources and maintain it in its original package.
•    Do not ingest essential oils unless advised to do so by a practitioner who is qualified/licensed to prescribe essential oils in this way.
•    For any prolonged use, consult your doctor or licensed practitioner. 
•    Essential oils can be safely used to enhance wellbeing and improve life quality. Essential oils are powerful substances and can be harmful if not used proper care. The essential oil in a bottle is 100 times more concentrated than in the plant.
